If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase we’ve got your back! We have a 15 day satisfaction guarantee on all vapes plus we cover shipping cost for all returns within the USA. All our vaporizers are 100% authentic and covered under the full manufacturer warranty. If something seems wrong with your vape please send an email via our contact form. If troubleshooting tips and advice from our team don’t help we’ll look into warranty options to get your problem solved as quickly as possible.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely happy with your vaporizer during the first 15 days you can package it up with all the original accessories and we will buy it back no questions asked. If it’s for an exchange or store credit, the return shipping is free, but for refunds, we charge a $10 flat shipping fee. Unopened and unused items can be returned for 30 days as long as all seals are still intact.

Opening a return

Email us via the contact form with the following information available:

  • The order number from the vape you want to return.
  • The e-mail address used to place the order you are looking to return.
  • The serial number of your vaporizer (if you need help locating the serial number for your vape, you can reach out to us and we’ll help you.)
  • If your unit is defective, you’ll need to upload a picture that shows the issue.

Please be as detailed as possible on the reasons for your return. This information will help us provide with any troubleshooting advice. Our team will receive your request and review it in less than 24 hours.

If troubleshooting doesn’t help we’ll open your RMA and email you a prepaid USPS return label.
